What if I forget my password?

Will I need to register again if I wish to place another order at a later date?
No. If you have previously ordered, simply re-enter your username and password created from the first time you registered as a new user. Your password will reset every 30 days.

Is this website's information secure?
Yes. Information submitted through the website is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts or scrambles information submitted online.
Why was my e-mail address not accepted?
For security reasons, a valid business e-mail address is required.
Can I select any card value/denomination that I want?
You may order any product type in any values/denominations from 25 to 100 points/dollars, (1 point = $1 in purchasing power), with a maximum of 10 values/denominations per order.
Can I personalize my cards?
You cannot personalize reward cards on orders placed through this website. However, you can call 1.888.234.7725 and a sales person will be happy to assist you in setting up a custom account that allows “personalization” (the addition of first and last name to the cards).
How will the cards I purchase be packaged?
The reward cards you purchase will be affixed to an attractive letter detailing usage instructions, packaged with terms and conditions associated with the card. The card, letter, and other enclosures will be delivered in a #10 size window envelope.
How can I pay for my order?
All online purchases via this site must be paid for with American Express, Visa® or MasterCard®.
Can I order more than one card/product type on my order?
No. Orders are restricted to one reward card/product type per order. However, you may place multiple orders, each with a different card/product type.
Can I select more than one card value/denomination on my order?
Yes. You may select up to 10 different reward card values/denominations as long as they are the same product type. If you wish to select more than one product type (for example, the Gas Card, the Dining Card and the Everything Card), you will need to place separate orders for each product type.
How do I select more than one card value/denomination on my order?
After entering your first value/denomination and quantity, simply click on the Add More Values button and repeat the first steps. To be sure you have all of the values/denominations you need, you can order a maximum of 10 different values/denominations.
Are there restrictions on order size?
Yes. The amount of reward cards you may order are restricted on this website. Should your order exceed the maximum ordering limit, you will be systematically notified at the time of ordering. If your business needs exceed the limit, please call 1.888.234.7725 and a sales representative will be happy to assist you in setting up an internal corporate account and fulfilling your need.
What if my order exceeds the maximum order size?

How will my order be confirmed?
You will receive a prompt e-mail with an invoice copy containing your order number confirming that your order has been submitted.
Where can I find my order number once my order is placed?
Your order number will appear on the Order Complete confirmation page immediately after your order is submitted and on your order confirmation e-mail as well. It is also recommended that you print out a copy of the invoice containing the order number for your records.
Can I check the status of my order once it is placed?
Yes. Simply sign back on to http://shop.InteliSpend.com and click on the Check Order Status link to view details of your order. You will need to have your password and username to access the information.
Can I cancel an order?
No. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and will be shipped as scheduled. All sales are final.
Are there taxes on my purchase?
Taxes do not apply.
Are there any restrictions on where I can ship my order?
Yes. Your order must be shipped to your charge card billing address or to a valid business address in the US. Your order cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Is there a charge for shipping the cards?
Yes. There is a $15.95 shipping/handling fee per order. All orders ship via courier 2 day service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders should generally be received within 3 to 5 business days following order release.
How will my order be shipped?

Are the cards credit cards?
No. They are prepaid reward cards issued in connection with a loyalty, award or promotion program. The reward cards contain a specific value. Unlike a credit card, only the value available on the reward card can be spent. Additionally, there are no annual fees, interest charges, or credit checks specific to the reward card.
Do the cards have special terms and conditions?
Yes. Specific American Express®-branded reward card terms and conditions and Visa award card terms and conditions should be reviewed prior to using the card.
Will a monthly statement be received like with a credit card?
No. The available reward card value and transaction summary are available online 24/7 on the cardholder website. American Express cardholders will visit www.RewardBalance.com and Visa cardholders will visit www.MyCurrentBalance.com.

How are the cards used?
The reward card should be presented at the point of sale with American Express or Visa selected as the form of payment. Credit, not Debit should be chosen (if given an option). However, the card works just like a debit card with the transaction value deducted as purchases are made. If the purchase costs less than the current value of the card, the card may be used again until the remaining value is used. If the purchase costs more than the current value of the card, please see "What if the purchase exceeds the card's value?" question below.
What if the purchase exceeds the card's value?
If the purchase amount is greater than the available reward card value, the merchant or establishment should be consulted to determine whether supplemental payment is allowed. If supplemental payment is allowed, the supplemental payment should be used as the first form of payment and the card should be used to pay the remaining balance. The merchant or establishment should be told the exact amount to deduct from the card. Please see "What is supplemental payment?" question below.
Supplemental payment is typically cash, check or credit card and may be used in addition to the reward card to make a purchase if the purchase amount exceeds the card value.
Why should the card value be known before using the card?
It is important to know the available reward card value before using the card. Knowing the value will avoid having a transaction declined by ensuring there is enough available value to cover the transaction. Please see "How can the card value be checked?" question below.

For American Express Cards, the card number should be entered in the card number fields at www.RewardBalance.com. For Visa cards, the website is www.MyCurrentBalance.com. You may also contact Customer Service at the number on the back of the card.
Can a summary of transactions be viewed online?
Yes. A transaction summary is viewable via the cardholder website. For American Express Cards, the card number should be entered in the card number fields at www.RewardBalance.com. For Visa cards, the website is www.MyCurrentBalance.com.
Can the card be used at ATMs?
No.

How can I use the card at restaurants and dining establishments?
Before presenting the card for payment, make sure the available value will cover the bill plus an additional 20%. Otherwise, ask the merchant to process the card for a lesser amount, and use an additional form of payment (cash, check, credit card) for the balance.

Yes. You may use the card at online merchants that welcome Visa debit cards. Be sure to select Visa as the form of payment, and choose Credit, not Debit, if given the option. The reward card is a prepaid reward card (not a credit card) loaded with a point value. One point equals one U.S. dollar in purchasing power.
Present the Dinner & Movie card for payment at a participating merchant and reference American Express. Select Credit, not Debit, if given the option. Be sure the card is only processed for an amount equal to or less than the card value.
How is the card used at restaurants and dining establishments?
